I may sound like a broken record to some because my perspectives always point to the Power of God.
For some of the prime years of my life I was drunk or high. Every day played like a broken record and I couldn’t stop it on my own.
After having been spared the misery of my substance abuse, I give thanks to God because He set in motion a series of events that have given me the freedom I experience now.
My life is a testament to what God can do for a drunk like me. Maybe I can help the next person.
God, please help me to be ok today. Thank You. Amen.
